90-Minute Group or Couples Coaching

Service Description

(Initial Session) This 90-minute session is designed for couples or small groups seeking clarity and stabilization when narcissistic dynamics, relational trauma, or long-standing patterns of imbalance have impacted communication, trust, or emotional safety. This session focuses on understanding the relational dynamic as it currently exists, how each person has been affected, and what is needed to create greater stability and grounded interaction moving forward. The emphasis is not on assigning blame or forcing resolution, but on slowing the process down so patterns can be recognized and named without escalation. Together, we identify the emotional and nervous system dynamics at play, clarify boundaries and expectations for safe engagement, and determine whether continued joint work is appropriate. In some cases, this session also helps clarify when individual support may be more beneficial. This is not couples therapy or mediation. It is a structured, trauma-informed coaching session designed to bring clarity, containment, and next-step guidance to complex relational situations. Sessions are held via Zoom video.
